I didn't see this posted anywhere else so I thought I might share a cool little tip and excursion that my family and I enjoy doing on our way driving to Disneyland from up here near Salt Lake City, UT. We usually make a couple of stops along the way at various Disney Outlet stores for some pre-park shopping. It's a great way to get everyone a little bit more excited for the park visit and it can save some money.
There's one in Las Vegas, NV at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets and also another one in Ontario, CA at the Ontario Mills Mall. I've also come across another store on Hwy 101 at the Camarillo Premium Outlets. These stores here not only have Disney clothing and merchandise for not bad prices, but often have Disneyland theme park specific stuff, too. And we also pick up a few cheap packages of pins for trading at the park. You can get the pins where they come out to like $2-$3 a piece so they're perfect for trading. It helps save some money rather than buy everything at full price at the park.......which we seem to end up doing anyway.
And there's also the Disney Character Warehouse also in Las Vegas and near Disneyland in Fullerton. They're nice too, but sometimes not as good deals as the actual Disney Outlets.
