If I could always pick the times I visit the park, I'd pick the holidays. I love christmas in Disneyland, but Halloween is my favorite holiday. I never dreamed Disney would go near this spooky day, especially given the events of the other local parks. But low and behold it happened and I was vary happy to be wrong.
But now that Halloweentime is a success I've been thinking. I also love Easter. The sense of renewal and growth is always exciting to me. Its more than just candy and rabbits, it's about springtime and a new start. Trouble is, I don't think most people think of it as anything other than eggs and bunnies. That makes overlays and events really hard to do. I can picture a fireworks show with a floral theme, but what rides could do a springtime overlay? Bunnies of the Caribbean?
What do people think, is eastertime in the parks a viable idea?
Tokyo Disneyland has a how Easter parade and event with disney character eggs all over the park, this could definitely work!
