I feel like I just won the Super Bowl...I'M GOING TO DISNEYLAND!!!!

And I'm just beside myself with excitement....up until yesterday I had accepted that this was going to be the first year since...forever...that I wasn't going to get to go. And then...my dad and I were talking yesterday...I thought he was going to cancel our yearly family camping trip and instead he asked me if I wanted to go to Disneyland (haha...hahahaha...hahahahahaha). Dumb question. :)

So what's the weather like in November. I think that's like, the one month...

As someone who spent a great many vacations as a youth at the Disney Parks I have no trouble enjoying them as an adult. But I've had friends who went for the first time as adults and thought it was boring or "not magical."

I suppose it's easier to enjoy the parks if you have a bit of nostalgia (or Mousetalgia) for your time there as a youth, but one tip I give people going for the first time is to *make* your Disneyland/World trip fun.

Heading to Disneyland again in early October but can't get into any disney hotel. I guess I left the booking too late. Usually go in December but can't this year so have brought it forward. Does anyone know if cancellations occur much at all?

I had the absolute pleasure of making my way to Disneyland from Sep. 9th through the 15th! And I have to say it was so much fun. Didn't go to the Expo or the Haunted Mansion event sadly. My Question is how exactly to add photos to my post to make my report a bit better. And also, I know that there will be more Mousetalgia meets in the future, my guess is about one or so every year? Just a guess, but my other inquiry is: I would love to go to all the meets and have fun, but I was thinking...

Labor Day Weekend

Due to a stroke of good luck, I have received some buddy passes for JetBlue. My wife and I immediately thought of high tailing it to California for a long weekend of R and R. When California came up, my mind went straight to Disneyland. :) Now I know that it is a weekend, even worse, I know it is a holiday weekend. Would I be stupid to buy tickets for that Saturday? (I'm sure I'll hit all of the rides I want to go on, because I go from open to close, but I don't want to wait...

Imagine, if you will, the opportunity to live, work, and play at the Disney parks.

There's this wonderful thing called the Walt Disney World College Program (there is one for DLR too). You live in the appartment/dormitories they provide and take free college classes that go into how everything works. My family and I are all feeling in need of a little Disneyland get away vacation soon, and I'm looking for opinions on the best ways to book affordable trips. It seems the best method I've deciphered so far is to book my flights separately, so I can watch the specials on different sites; then book my hotel, and park tickets through disneyland.com.

Anyone have any better/cheaper methods?
